Maddy traveled down to California. She met Papa in Foster City, stopped by Facebook, toured Stanford, then spent the weekend in Morgan Hills, south of San Jose, to play with the Seven Hills Red Girls team at the Stanford Invite Ultimate Tournament. She played against IHS graduate Annie J., who is now on Cal Poly Slo-Motion. Cal Poly beat Seven Hills during pool play, but Seven Hills got revenge in the finals to win the tournament. They were one of two high school teams, while the rest were college teams.
