In Prague and other parts of the Czech Republic, the tradition “chalking the doors” with “C + M + B” on January 6th, or Three Kings Day, marks the end of the Christmas season. The letters are an abbreviation of the Latin phrase Christus mansionem benedicat, which means “May Christ bless this house”. The letters can also stand for the names of the three Magi, or wise men, who visited baby Jesus in Bethlehem: Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazar.

Dane's class met above the sign.

Infinity Book Tower inside the Municipal Library. Huge wait lines, though you can bypass them and walk right inside. Not worth the wait, which we didn't.

Prague's narrowest street is just 20 in (50 cm) wide. Because of its tiny size, there are traffic lights on both sides. Though as you can see, this person was walking against the light during our turn.
Proudy, a fountain by artist by David Černý. Consists of two bronze men who robotically waggle their metal junk around to spell out Czech prose with their pee.

Babies is a series of sculptures by Czech artist by David Černý. This installation is outside Museum Kampa. Instead of a face, they have some kind of code embossed, making them a bit creepy.

Starbucks near the castle.

WWII Memorial at the Cathedral of Saints Cyril and Methodius dedicated to the heroes of Operation Anthropoid, the seven parachutists who died during June 18, 1942, after a fierce battle with Nazi troops. They were targeted after assassinating the high-ranking Nazi official Reinhard Heydrich, aka the Butcher of Prague.

U Flecku, a historic restaurant and brewery.

The last analog photobooths in the Czech Republic.
