GRILLED THAI TURKEY PATTIES
        Fiery Thai curry paste is mellowed by creamy Canola Mayonnaise; and the mayonnaise also
        helps these patties moist while grilling. Serve patties alongside a salad of thinly sliced cucumber, grated
        carrot, crushed red chiles and seasoned rice vinegar.
        Ingredients:
          
            - 1 lb. lean ground Turkey
 
            - 1/3 cup Canola Mayonnaise
 
            - 1/2 cup minced Cilantro
 
            - 2 tsp Thai Green Curry Paste (or Red Curry Paste)
 
            - 2 tsp fish sauce
 
          
        Directions:
          
            - Place turkey, Canola Mayonnaise, cilantro, curry paste and fish sauce in a medium bowl.
 
            - With hands, gently but thoroughly combine and shape into oval patties about 1/2 inch thick.
 
            - Grill for 7-8 minutes on one side, until well-browned; turn and cook through, about 4-5 minutes
            more.
 
            - Serve with or without bun and favorite side. We like to serve patties alongside a salad of thinly
            sliced cucumber, grated carrot, crushed red chiles and seasoned rice vinegar.
