We decided to keep with the tradition of low-key birthdays. We spent most of the day just with our family. We made a trip out to St. Edwards State Park in Bothell which has a wonderful playground. Bob and Dan Storley stopped by for dinner. After eating the birthday waffle, Dane opened more presents. Sofi Ghassaei and Nathaniel Olson visited Dane for his birthday over the next couple of days. Dane passed another milestone just prior to his birthday. He took his first steps on September 13th.
