G-Pod attended the Seattle Sounders versus Chicago Fire match, won by the Sounders in extra time. The game was also of note due to former Sounder Freddie Ljungberg playing in his first match against Seattle after being traded to Chicago. Our group participated in the March to the Match where fans walk together in unison from Occidental Park in Pioneer Square to Qwest Field while singing and chanting the Sounders FC fight song.
